Delivery time
Delivery time to your postcode is estimated by AusPost Express and is added to the production time to determine your estimated delivery date.
The AusPost Express delivery fee is $9.90 nationwide.

What is covered by Freight Protection? Any loss or damage to your order that occurs during transportation.
Is late delivery covered by Freight Protection? Delivery after the estimated delivery date is not covered by Freight Protection. Delivery timeframes are estimated by AusPost and based on the Express Post network guidelines.
Multiple delivery locations for a single order attract a $5 freight protection fee per additional location.

Rather than impose minimum order levels, we apply a handling fee to small orders to ensure we can deliver exceptional customer service and the highest product quality every time. This is an additional fee to delivery.
